Shashi Seedheeyan

Rhythmical Massage Therapist

I have been practising Rhythmical Massage Therapy since 2007, with background in Soft Tissue Release Therapy and Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy. My treatments may also incorporate Rhythmical Einreibung (Embrocation), Hydrotherapy, Brushing and Oil Dispersion Bath Therapy, and other External Applications, according to each individual needs.

My experience includes working in neurological rehabilitation within the NHS, at the Raphael Hospital, Kairos Trust Rehabilitation, The Mount Camphill Trust, and in private practice across Kent and Sussex. Working from an anthroposophical perspective, I support people with a range of conditions, including fibromyalgia, sleep difficulties, cancer-related care, pregnancy and postnatal support, pre- and post-operative recovery, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue, and stroke rehabilitation.

I believe that each person is unique and aim to offer treatments that meet them with care, sensitivity, and understanding. I also teach Rhythmical Massage Therapy at Emerson College.

I welcome adults (including pregnant women) and children.
